1. Explore the available floor plans from the selection below and click apply. This will allow you to start the waitlist application. The waitlist will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is no guarantee that the apartment or floor plan you want will be available, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

2. Complete the application in its entirety. Once completed this application will run a credit and criminal screening. Students applying with a guarantor will need to complete the application and add their guarantor as an additional applicant in the appropriate section. In this section, you can also add additional applicants such as roommates or significant others. Anyone 18 years or older that will be residing in the apartment must complete the application.

3. At the time of application submission, you will need to pay a $50 application fee, a $150 administration fee, and a $250 holding fee. When we are able to assign you to a specific apartment the holding fee will be applied toward your security deposit. Our standard security deposit is $500, or one month's rent with a conditional screening result. In the event that we are unable to provide you with an apartment, the administration fee and holding fee will be refunded.

4. When an apartment is available for the floor plan you applied for, our leasing team will reach out to confirm the apartment number, and the rent amount, and generate a lease for all parties to sign. 5.
