Our apartments do not come furnished, so you’ll need to bring your own bed, bedding, living room furniture and kitchen supplies.

No, we do not facilitate roommate setups. A majority of our floor plans are micro-studio or one-bedroom apartments.

Our termination policy requires a written 60-day notice. At the time of notice the lease break fee of $3500.00 and any rent concession that was given is due. You remain rent and utility responsible for the 60 days you are in notice. At the end of the 60 days, you turn in keys.
